Eligibility for Returns: a) We accept returns for used auto parts within 30 days from the date of purchase. b) The item must be in its original condition, with all original parts, and must not have been installed, used, or damaged in any way. c) Proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or order number, must be provided for all returns.
Return Process: a) To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by phone or email to request a return authorization (RA) number. b) Once the RA number is issued, you must return the item within 14 days. The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, and the RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. c) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. d) Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. If the return is not approved, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items: a) Electrical parts, such as sensors, switches, and modules, are non-returnable. b) Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or modified in any way are non-returnable. c) Items that have been discontinued or labeled as “as-is” or “final sale” are non-returnable. d) Special orders, customized items, or items that were not purchased directly from our online store are non-returnable.
Refunds and Restocking Fees: a) Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping charges, restocking fees, or other applicable fees. b) A restocking fee of 25% may apply to all approved returns, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items: a) If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt and provide details and supporting documentation, such as photos or videos. b) We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair, at our discretion. c) If the item is deemed damaged or defective due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. If it is determined that the item was damaged or defective due to customer misuse or negligence, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Changes to the Return Policy: a) We reserve the right to modify or update our return policy at any time, without prior notice. b) Any changes to the return policy will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the effective date of the change.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
