Our Shipping Policy

Charlotte JDM Motors Inc. Offers Expedited Shipping to the lower 48 States, specifically to Major Cities. Additional shipping fees may apply for Rural or Remote Areas.

Liftgate Requirement

Please note that if your shipment is going to Residential address there will be an $80 residential fee which needs to be paid before we ship the item thank you!

Non-contiguous US States and International Destinations.

For shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or international destinations, please inquire.

Shipping Handling Time

Orders are typically shipped on the same day they are placed. If an order is placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Time, it will be shipped on the same day. If an order is placed after 1:00 pm Eastern Time, it will be shipped on the next business day. The shipping transit time within the lower 48 States is estimated to be 2 to 7 business days.

Tracking Number

All orders come with a valid tracking number once the order is picked up by the Transport Company. Most orders are shipped using many carriers.

Receiving Your Order

Although the shipping company we use is known for their careful handling of shipments (99% of the time, our shipments are delivered in good condition), we still advise our customers to follow these guidelines before accepting their order:

• Inspect the item for any damages that might have occurred during the shipping process before accepting the order.
• If any damages are found, please make a note of it on the shipping documents before signing at the bottom.
• Please contact us within 24 hours if any damages are discovered in your order. Failure to follow these guidelines may void any claims for damages caused by the Transport Company.

Engines & Transmissions are securely placed onto industrial wooden pallets then secured with metal cable ties to ensure placement. The unit is then externally wrapped with plastic protective wrap.
